Appointments
Please note that as a courtesy to all clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Late appointments may not be honoured and will be charged at the full price. If for any reason you wish to change the treatment or appointment which you have been booked in for, you must advise us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the full treatment price as per your original booking will be charged for.

If you need to change your appointment this must be done via a phone call or text to The Health Trilogy on 07912 528407 or via the website booking system.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment this must be done via a phone call or text to The Health Trilogy on 07912 528407 or via the website booking system.

 

Cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the price of the treatment. Non-arrival will be charged at the full price of the treatment.  This also applies to Gift Vouchers, 100% of the value will be forfeited.

Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultations will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence.  The Health Trilogy will only use this information to ensure that the treatments given to you are suitable.   

The Health Trilogy may send out newsletters by email to inform you of exclusive offers and news.  You have the right to unsubscribe from the email database at any time.  Your email address is only available to The Health Trilogy and will not be shared with third parties.  You have the right to inspect the information held about you.  You always have the right to request The Health Trilogy to delete or correct the information held about you.

 

Price Alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

 

Medical Conditions
Please inform The Health Trilogy of any medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you, or in many pre-existing medical cases a GP’s note maybe required. We reserve the right to cancel your treatment if you fail to comply with our requests. Please note that you will be asked to confirm the day before that you and your household are not showing Covid-19 symptoms. Please see paragraph under Consultations.

Gift Vouchers
All Vouchers are completely non-refundable from the date of purchase. Vouchers must be used at the time of booking and cannot be used to pay for final balances or outstanding amounts on pre-standing bookings.

Your gift voucher must be given to The Health Trilogy before you commence your treatment.  All vouchers are valid for one year; the expiry date is clearly stated on each voucher.  If a voucher is not used before this time, the voucher is completely non-refundable and will no longer be valid.  In the event of a lost voucher, The Health Trilogy can issue a new voucher, subject to proof of purchase.

 

Payment Policy
The Health Trilogy politely requests that all treatments will require full payment at the time of booking. 

 

Refunds
Customers are expected to ensure that they are satisfied with their treatment before leaving the premises as refunds after leaving will not be given.

 

Sickness
In the event of staff sickness or unavailability The Health Trilogy will contact you immediately to discuss options to arrange an alternative time.

 

Consultations
The day before your appointment, I will contact you via text to check that you and your household are feeling well and not displaying any signs of Covid-19 ie a fever, new, dry, continuous cough, loss of taste and smell.

 

When you arrive, the procedure of taking your medical history and discussing the treatment plan as well as any required patch tests will continue to take place.

 

The facts collated from the initial consultation will thereafter apply to all subsequent visits, treatments and therapies.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health and well-being so that we can ensure that any treatments we give are appropriate.
